This fall, we invite you to join us at Cabot Citrus Farms in Florida—a destination that blends world-class golf with laid-back luxury, set against the backdrop of rolling fairways and pristine natural beauty.

Over the course of four days, you can expect:

A Coach Club tournament event, where friendly competition meets unforgettable moments

Cabot Citrus Farms Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
Arrival into Tampa with group transportation to Cabot Citrus Farms.
Check-in at cottages.
Warm-up round at The Squeeze (short course, creative and fun).
Coach Club Welcome BBQ at the Sports Club.
Day 2: 18 Holes at Karoo & The Wedge
Round at Karoo with caddies (flagship course).
Afternoon round at The Wedge (par 3, relaxed play).
Dinner on your own to explore the property.
Day 3: Roost & Farewell Dinner
Round at Roost with forecaddies.
Coach Club hosted Farewell Dinner.
Day 4: Final Round & Departure
Final round at Karoo.
Transportation to airport for departure.
The Details
Guests will stay in shared, 2 bedroom cottages at Cabot Citrus Farms, designed to blend modern comfort with a relaxed clubhouse feel. Each cottage offers a private, thoughtfully designed space with convenient access to the courses, practice facilities, and main clubhouse, creating an easy and connected experience throughout the stay.
Transportation will be provided via Mercedes Sprinter vans between Tampa International Airport and Cabot Citrus Farms. We recommend arriving by 2:00 PM and departing after 5:00 PM to align with scheduled group activities. Once flight details are collected, pickup times will be coordinated accordingly to ensure a smooth and seamless arrival and departure experience for the group.
The trip is structured across three payments to make planning simple and manageable:
Initial commitment due at sign-up
- Secures your spot (limited to 15 members plus Rico) and is fully refundable within 7 days of booking
Second payment due by June 10, 2026
- Allows us to finalize lodging, tee times, and group experiences
Final payment due by July 10, 2026
- Remaining balance to complete all trip arrangements
